LOCAL DELIVERY: Delivery will only be done to truck accessible locations or curbside/driveway.

Installation is the customer’s responsibility.

The Local delivery rate is to be determined at purchase.

RETURNS: Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and you will be notified of this.


REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Proof of refund will be emailed to you.

Items on sale cannot be returned or refunded. Only regular priced items may be eligible for return and refund upon approval.

Items that are eligible for exchange are items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to We ensure that all items are inspected in store before shipping.


SHIPPING: To return your product, you should mail your product to 1360 Albany Post Road, Croton on Hudson, NY 10520

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom Orders require customer payment according to agreements before any product is ordered. Defects or breakage must be determined and notified at delivery. Contractor/ Client is responsible for unloading materials from containers on the job site – within the 2 hours after container arrival. (Additional charges by the freight provider are an additional cost to the customer). Freight/ shipping time is not in any way guaranteed. Freight/Shipping Costs are nonrefundable.

DISCLAIMER: Stone is a product of nature, as such, cannot be required uniformity either in tone or color or stone texture. Natural stones may have a modification in their coloring or texture when exposed to time, weather, or chemical agents, which can become evident over a few weeks, months, or years. Being nature products, stone presented in the showroom may present variations compared to the material delivered.
